about karate

karate is a type of defense. i use martial arts. i do it at school it is a after school club i am about to do my yellow belt test i can't wait i am also about to get a special t-shirt with a dragon on.

back stance and front snap kick

to do back stance do front stance but make your back leg bent instead of your front leg.to do front snap kick lift your right leg of the floor bent and then kick.

guard position and front stance

to do guard position make your left hand go diagnal pointing up to the right.make your right hand look like your about to punch your left hand.stand so your body is facing the right and your head is facing forwards. do front stance make chamber and make it so your body is facing the right and your head is facing forwards but make sure your front leg is bent.

horse riding stance and forward rolls

to do horse riding stance bend your knees as low as they can go and  do a punch.to roll put your arm on your forehead kneel down and roll make sure your head doesn't touch the floor.

chamber chumby and punching

To make chamber make a fist with each hand turn them round and pull them to your body. Now you can punch, kick, do horse riding stance and lots more. To punch you push one hand forward and at the last moment turn your hand around. To do chumby stand with your legs apart and make two fists and point them diagonally at the floor.
